Using Ephedrine To Burn Fat, Increase Muscle and Strength

Ephedrine and Caffeine have been shown to work synergistically. This means that the effects of the Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin stack together are greater than the sum of each of their effects on their own.

ECA = Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin stack

They work together to promote weight-loss, boost energy and enhance athletic performance. It's debatable as to the importance of aspirin in the grand scheme. It is included in the hope that it acts as a prostaglandin inhibitor and an enhancer of lipolytic activity.

Aspirin has thermogenic properties, as well, and is the final component in this anti-obesity cocktail.

Standard Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin (ECA) stack Dosage

Standard dosage would be:

Ephedrine 20-30mgs
Caffeine 200mg (equivalent to approx 2.5 cups of coffee)
Aspirin 75mg

the theoretical ratio is E:C:A=1:10:3

Ephedrine Dosing Schedules

Dosing schedules for ephedrine use vary depending on the desired goal and the users body weight. Generally it is not recommended to take more than 75 - 100 mg of ephedrine in any 24 hours.

When dieting, the ECA stack should be taken 45 min. to 1 hour before meals on an empty stomach no more than 3 times per day.

On a calorie deficient diet, the stack will keep you anabolic, which keeps you from using muscle as fuel. It will give you lots of energy you might not have and it will increase thermogenesis, which is basically enhanced burning of calories in the body.

When training heavy and eating for mass, taking the stack 45 min. to 1 hour before lifting weights will give you more energy to train heavier. More energy = more weight = more muscle.

For Those Who Start Stacking

For persons who start their ECA stack it is recommended to use just one dosing (as per above dosages) per day, either first thing in the morning 30minutes before breakfast, or 30minutes prior to their workout/cardio.

Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin (ECA) stack Cycling

Some studies have shown ephedrine can significantly depress the beta andrenergenic response within only one week. The adrenal glands get a good wearing out whilst this drug is applied and although this, initially can be quite anabolic, soon will become catabolic as the adrenalin creates more and more cortisol tearing muscle apart. For these reasons it is a good idea to cycle the ECA stack.

Many find that this will provide them with plenty of stimulation and will negate the necessity to increase the frequency of dosages for maybe a week or more.

In time, the user becomes more tolerant of the effects and will look to progress to 2 dosings per day. It is considered that 3 dosings per day is the maximum that a user should consume, with the last dose taken prior to 6pm to avoid sleep problems.

Cycle length would normally be limited to 12 weeks, so the prospective user must give consideration to how long they will need to reach their goals.

Should this exceed 12 weeks, then the ECA should be introduced later into the cutting regime, not immediately at the outset. I would then advise taking at least 12 weeks abstinence from ECA use to limit over-dependance problems.

Never use ephedrine for more than 4 weeks non stop without a break or the drug becomes pretty much useless and even counterproductive.

Normally this dose is split into two or three seperate doses throughout the day of between 20 - 50 mg. The last dose should not be taken much closer than four hours before you intend to sleep as mentioned earlier, the stimulatory effects can interrupt your ability to get a good nights sleep. Your body will also become very resistant to this drugs effect very fast.
